Introduction to DISC Asia Plus Personality Profiling

31 May 2021, SingaporeI enrolled for the DISC Asia Plus Accreditation Course back in April 2021. I completed the two "Zoom" session on 22 May and 29 May 2021 - each 'Zoom' lesson was about 4 hours. I still have 3 more coaching session over the next 1 month.

DISC Asia Plus Constructs unlike others focusing on the 4 DISC style, it had a 5th "reading" to its advantage and it is labelled as 'Emotional Respond'.

Introduction to HR Partner Concept

15 May 2021, Singapore: I have been trying to write this short "HRBP" article since Apr 2017... why it is so clear in my mind? It was the date, I proposed to upper management about the concept of HR "Business" Partner (HRBP)

After 3.5 years, I finally got an ideal to use my YouTube channel to help me explain the concept of HR Partner and I hope it will help you do a better job in influencing your upper management. I decided to delete the word  "Business" and use HRP only.
