Employee Engagement Models
In addition to my previous article on "Video Session: Employee Engagement" - listed below are some samples of the Employee Engagement models available from the Internet ....
I have a question on employee engagement. As currently i am working on my dissertation, my study model is about employee engagement but i am confused about whether job satisfaction is the factor of engagement or reverse?
Yes and No ... this is because`I am not coming from an academic view point. It DEPENDS on the organization definition.
In my personal view - I have always believe that job satisfaction is the end results. It is offend used as a criteria to measure of "how engage" the people in the organization.
Recently, I learned in a sharing session that "disengaging" employees is also considered a sign of engaging employees.

Nice article. Employee engagement activities are essential to boost the morale of the employees. In this covid-19 period, employees work remotely.
